I purchased an album. 4 of the songs are showing in my iTunes, the other songs show purchased in the iTunes store, but I can't figure out how to get them to download. What am I missing?

Hello zivaolivia,

I would be eager to download and listen to an album I ordered. I found a couple of resources that might help with downloading this purchase.

First, I recommend checking to see if the download was interrupted. You can use the steps in this article:

iTunes: How to resume interrupted iTunes Store downloads

If the album does not download after following the steps in that article, I recommend trying to download the album from the list of past purchases. As long as you are signed in with the same Apple ID you used to purchase the album, you will not be charged again. You can find the steps to do this in the section titled "Apps, Books, Music, Movies, or TV shows on a computer" in the following article:

Downloading past purchases from the App Store, iBookstore, and iTunes Store

http://support.apple.com/kb/HT2519

If you are still not able to download the album, I recommend reporting this issue to the iTunes Store:
