How to kick user from Personal hotspot ?

If they are making use of Instant Hotspot, they don't need a password.

Is this other user sharing your Apple ID?

You can only disconnect users by turning off Personal Hotspot, unplugging your device, or turning off Bluetooth. Since a password is required when using WiFi, you'll have to change the password if you don't want someone to connect who knows your existing password.

Do you want to know or don't you? The solution is password change.

Even when i change my password people still get on it. So changing the password doesnt really help.
