Sync contacts on iPhone3

Hello,

I'm trying to sync my contacts from my iPhone 3 in Gmail, iCloud or anything so that I can transfer them to my new iPhone 4s. I've got a Gmail account and have most of my contacts on their, which is how I populated the iPhone 3 originally, but the new ones I've added to my iPhone 3 don't update back to my Gmail contacts. How can I either export the contacts or sync to keep all my new contacts.

I have tried downloading apps but none of them are suported on my iPhone 3, i.e. they all need IOS 4.3 or later...

Please help!!!
