Aug 15, 2013 7:54 AM in response to Vikasbhartiby mende1,Welcome to Apple Support Communities
If you get three beeps, then stop, and after that other three beeps, the RAM is damaged.
Get other RAM for your computer at OWC or Crucial > http://www.macsales.com Make sure you get the correct memory and install it > http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1423?viewlocale=en_US
If your iMac is in warranty, take it to an Apple Store or reseller and it will be repaired for free
