how can i play video portrait on my ipod nano 4th gen

I need to play a video on my iPod nano 4th generation (I also have a 5th Gen if that helps) and i want to play video so its portrait or upright but it always plays landscape or on its side? So is there a way of making it so I can play it Portrait?
