Lost Mac App store balance and Apple support blowing me off.

I had $100 in instore balance. I bought Civ 5 and the Brave New World in-app DLC. After that, I tried to purchase another in-app DLC, but was asked to input my billing address. Please note that I already had put in my billing address beforehand, and the App store didn't ask me this when I purchased the previous items. Anyways, upon logging in to my account, I saw that I had lost my balance and was not able to purchase anymore software. I went into my account details to make sure.


I have tried to log in and out already as suggested, but that didn't work. I have also contacted Apple support but they totally blew me off. Not gonna waste anymore time there.


Has anyone had this problem and solved it?
