Apple Store Engraving

I had some trouble finding a support email for the Apple Store,

But I wanted to know 1 if it was possible to engrave an Apple Product with a vector image, and 2 if so how much would it cost?

Any help would be greatly appreciated, even if someone can provide the relevant contact email I am looking for (not looking for a phone no.)
