hi
after instaling HP printer software on my Mac mini my launchpad icon disapired from dock
so i go to finder and drag Launchpad icon from aplications to the dock
after i restart system on my dock insted of launchpad icon was icon with ?
i delate that icon and try go again to finder/aplication but there is no launchpad there any more
How to back launchpad?

But that will delate all my files
Lunchpad on it self is working fine if you go to it from keyboard
Restoring from recovery will not delete any of your files. It will just reinstall the operating system and your dock will be back to normal.

Maybe it's not deleted but it's in wrong location. Open spotlight and search for Launchpad. If spotlight is able to find Launchpad, then from spotlight menu choose first option which is "show all in Finder" then locate Launchpad and drag it back to /Applications folder.
Unfortunetly spotlight can't find Launchpad
Try using one of these applications. They are Spotlight alternatives.

I highly recommend you create and maintain a backup, preferably 2. This is an example of why a backup is a good thing to have.
I reinstall system using command +r and everytingh seems to back normal now
