Hi guys, It is so annoying how asian companies brand their spurious items with the name apple. I bought counterfeit items form amazon twice because they were branded with the name apple. I found that both items were counterfeit and I am very furious now. I think apple should do something about this; like maybe start prosecuting companies that use the name apple. What do you think friends?

Apple vigorously defends its copyrights and trademarks. However, that does not mean that all counterfeit merchandise has been removed from stores - either physical or virtual. Buying product from either an Apple store, or an authorized dealer, will assure that the product is genuine.
Did you complain to Amazon for listing counterfeit items?
