How do I share music from my old pc with my iPad and iPod?

I am trying to share my music in itunes that is on my old PC with my ipad2 and my iPod. Can anyone help me know what I need to do?

iPad 2, iOS 5.1.1

Thanks for the question. If you simply wish to share your music wirelessly to your devices (while connected to the same network), then Home Sharing is what you are looking for:
