There is a zigzag line across the icon & it says "Bluetooth: Not Available." Tried to restart my mac and checked the system preference but didn't work. Trying PRAM reset but shows up Disk Utility and there's maybe 4 options below (recover files from back up, reinstall OS, search online, disk repair). I'm hesitant so ended up restarting and problem still appears. What might be wrong? Please help.
