I have not seen any age restrictions regarding visits to the Genius Bar. However, I can tell you that my 13 year old grandson visited a Genius Bar in New York, and had his in warranty iPad mini replaced. I would assume that you may have a problem if you attempt to use a credit card at your age. I suggest that you make a phone call to the Apple store that you intend to visit and ask them. Also, it is a good idea to make a Genius Bar appointment first, so you don't have to wait too long. Without an appointment, you may get stuck waiting for a long time.
