Hello,
My whole family uses one shared calendar to make things easy for scheduling and such, but when I try to access my calendar on iCloud.com, I only see my personal one, which I never use. Any ideas?

I assume the calendar is shared privately.
Whoever originated the calendar needed to send out invitations; when you received the email you needed to click the 'Join Calendar' link. It should then be visible in the iCloud online calendar. Did you go through this process?
The originator of the calendar can resend the invitation:
