How To Extract Photos From Macbook AddressBook?

I was just wondering how to get my photos that's in my Macbook Contacts since the original photos are gone? I've tried searching for the Libarary on the 'Go To Folder' but it keeps on saying that the folder can't be found. Please help?

With Contacts open, open one of the contacts then click Edit botton left side of that window.

Then click Edit in the image.

You can select an Apple default image, recently used images, or from your camera, or go to your Pictures folder and drag a picture to the Contact edit window.
