Open iTunes Store > Purchased (in Quick Links section on the right)

Just to be clear, only songs purchased on iTunes will be listed (not CDs that were ripped).
Make sure you are signed in to iTunes with the Apple ID that purchased the music.

I have an old mac with the same itunes account. my wife has bougt music from it, its an old powermac.!!!
