Also they have been updating their apps for some time, why is it required now after mutiple updates on other apps have already been... updated? PS I am very new to the way Apple works. So this is a learning process for me at this time. Both my children have had Gen 4 touches for over a year and this problem has never been an issue till now. I used a pre paid debit card to began with.

Aug 16, 2013 9:27 AMby TheDrow@0433,I do not know why they would ask for one also which makes me reluctent to give them another billing #, for an update on a already purchased app aswell as an update on a free app. What can I say I am cautious and frugal. Thank you for you replys lllaass. Much appreciated. Maybe some more answers will come later on.
