My computer crashed and Now I was wondering was their any way for me to save the music on my current iPhone 4S, or If I had to go into the Apple store; or worse start anew. Please get back to me as soon as possible as I want to solve this quickly

Use the backup of the computer to put everything on the new computer (or hard drive).
It has always been very basic to backup the important media and data on a computer regularly. Not doing so is extremely unintelligent.
iDevices are not and have never been backup devices.
