If you are getting the 'unable to locate' message when you are trying to play on your Mac's iTunes then do they show under the Purchased link under Quicklinks on the right-hand side of the iTunes store home page ? If they do then they will probably currently have 'downloaded' against them as opposed to the cloud symbol for redownloading - deleting the entry (where you are getting the 'unable to locate' message) from your library should change it to a cloud symbol
