IBA - table of contents not updating

Hi

I've got a problem with the 'Biography' template in IBA. This is a portrait only template.

I have deligently uploded each of my chapters but the TOC shows nothing at all. There is just a series of blank pages on view in the TOC with a ghosted title of each page that is barely visible and which IBA will now allow me to edit in ToC. There is also a central square which looks like a space for an image. Again I am unable to edit this space either!

I previewed this on my ipad as well and no joy, it is exactly as on my macbook pro.

Any ideas please?

I'm getting desperate.
