Q: how do get a code for ITUNES

Don't get nasty just because people can't understand what you're asking.

Going on the page that you posted from, if you are asking about the iTunes gift card code on the payments details screen when setting up an account then that is an optional field - gift cards are not available in all countries, and they are country-specific (they can only be redeemed and used in their country of issue). If gift cards are available in your country then you might be able to buy them from Apple, electrical stores etc. If they aren't then you will need a different payment method e.g credit card

The Apple id is another way of referring to your iTunes account id i.e. the account that you buy/download content from the store with. Did you create a new account to post on here, or had you already created it ? If you created a new account to post on here then you should be able to use that as your iTunes account on your iPod, or you can create a new account (though you will need to use a different email address to the one that you are using to post on here)
