Q: Itunes shows up as a white screen , clickable but can't see anything

I just updated itunes ,and it shows up as a white screen that is clickable(as in I can see menu and stuff when I right click) , but still doesn't show anything

I am using windows 64 bit with the itunes 64 bit version , its the latest one

Pls help ?, itunes is pretty much the only media manager I am used to and is actually used to using on a day to day basis
