Cannot print on Epson Workforce 845

Running 10.7.5 on MacBook. Home network is Airport Extreme. Printer working just fine until today and now for no apparent reason doesn't print from the Mac. It will print from my iPhone and iPad so the issue isn't the network or the printer.

I have rebooted everything there is to reboot, I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Epson drivers, I have tried using the network, I have tried using the USB cable. It still scans using ImageCapture just fine. It also recognizes the printer, can tell ink levels etc etc etc

After the above is on the screen for ages this error message will eventually show up

Library/Printers/EPSON/InkjetPrinter2/Filter/rastertoescpII.app/Contents/MacOS/r astertoescpII failed

I am having to save documents to dropbox, download from dropbox to my iPhone and print from my iPhone. Help!!

Thanks in advance for any and all efforts.

Try deleting the print queue ...

Open System Preferences > Print & Scan > Print

Click: Open Print Queue

Delete all jobs

Restart your Mac, turn off the printer, then turn it back on.

If that didn't help, delete the printer in the System Preferences > Print window by clicking - (minus)

Then go to the Epson site and download fresh drivers for the Epson Workforce845

Then back to System Preferences > Print. Click + to add the printer again.

Beyond that, try the manual > Epson WorkForce 845, Documents & Manuals - Technical Support - Epson America, Inc.
