White itunes store screen...cant get by...anyone know fix?
I continually get a white screen when i try to open itunes store on my macbook pro...cant get anything off store and running 11.0.5
does anyone know what I should do?

First, I would update your iTunes software, as that can usually resolve software issues. On your Windows PC, choose Help > Check for Updates.

If that doesn't work, it might be due to a program that monitors the Winsock protocol for Windows conflicting with Apple software. You can try to resolve that issue by following the directions in here:
