I got a new MacBook Pro, previously been using an iBook G4. On the iBook, I would have a "news" bookmark folder on Safari where I would drag the orange RSS feeds into. The new Safari doesn't seem to have this. I've looked both at the Apps Store and in Extensions and I'm confused. I'm looking for something that will allow  me to have a "news" folder on Safari which will update periodically with news. I want to be able to view the news on Safari with the layout of:

Short paragraph or first few sentences of the news article.

I've tried a few of the free RSS feed apps... but they only show links. Out of the freebie apps (as none of the paid apps seem to have trial versions), Fresh Feed seems to be the closest to what I want. Is this true or am not looking in the right spot? Thanks in advance.

Unfortunately, the newer version of Safari does not support the RSS feature but there are some workarounds.
