charts not loading

Ever since the upgrade to IOS 6 last September, my iTunes on my phone seems to always want to jump to the featured content when going to music with the iTunes app on my phone. In the last couple of weeks however, I have not been able to load anything in iTunes. It opens, and the featured content loads and displays as normal. I haven't tried clicking on the items, but would assume they load fine since everything else seems to load fine. However, when I click the genres button and sellect a genre, nothing loads, I just have the control buttons for featured, charts and history and the 5 tabs at the bottom, nothing where the content should be. The same thing happens when I click the charts button to see the main iTunes chart. How do I fix this or is this something on Apple's end that they need to fix? It seems a little odd that it's something they would need to fix since it's been happening for about a week now. Is anyone else having this problem?

Ok I tried to reset my phone a few days ago but it didn't work. I just did it successfully but still only see the featured content. I can search and preview everything from there, and I can access my history, and do everything else, this is my only problem. When I click the charts button at the top of the iTunes screen on the phone, or when I try to load just the featured content from a particular genre, it still doesn't work. I'll see about contacting support, but my support is expired so I don't have much hope for that. Again, I see nothing with the charts or other genres.
