Aug 17, 2013 3:18 AM in response to aravind acharyaby Libby101a,That means your 3 digit security code on the back of your credit card is being entered incorrectly. Go to settings then itunes and app store and tap on your appe ID email (username) and manage account or view account then check your credit card info... re-enter your 3 digit security code then you should be able to do wht you need.
