Remote app for iPhone not finding iTunes on PC (Vista 64) & iTunes not finding Remote app.

I've tried shutting off my firewall.

I've tried logging out, logging back in.

I've tried turning Home Sharing On/Off in iTunes.

I've tried Force closing the app and Soft resetting the iPhone.

No iTunes appear in Remote app for iPhone 4S.

I have 11.0.5 version iTunes and the latest remote version 3.0.1, apple.com/apps/remote/

Can't find a free replacement so trying to give it one last shot before buying something else.
