Question

iPhone 5 lots of Dead Pixels and black spot.

Hello Everybody 🙂

I have many deadpixels .....black spot....greenish/bluish line on iPhone-5,

One day I found their is only greenish light at the bottom right corner of my screen... but as time goes.. i found suddenly bigger pixels at bottom screen (ie.around 25% of bottom screen portion ).

again after 1 day the whole screen shows bigger pixels.....and after that the bigger pixels and some greenish lines turns to black lines followed by some black patches.....

Note: The phone is never fall from anyplace or from hand...

The phone is not water logged...

No pressure is applied on screen...(the problem is occured when i was surfing on safari for around 10-15min on my iphone5 as well as charging my phone.

Question- : How it can occurs ?

How to resolve ?

My iphone is still under warranty...it only 10months ...can i get fixed/replaced from apple authorised servise center. If Not , then WHY ?

Book an appointment at an Apple Store because dead pixels are a hardware issue that no troublshooting can fix. The iPhone would then be evaluated and mostly like would be replaced. Make sure to back up your iPhone to iTunes/iCloud before you go.

After Contacting with local apple authorised service center....

I Confirmed : 1) My phone is not water-logged.

2) My phone is not physically damaged....(not fallen down...not pressed on screen).

3) Apple technician told me its manufacturing or hardware or part defect.

But Now :

When apple local authorised service centre technician taken photos of my damaged screen and "just send these photos to Main Authorised Apple Customer care for further confirmation of repair/ replacement" ...they told me that "I HAVE TO PAY FOR REPAIRED/REPLACED " one because now they are saying that its a physically damaged.

"WHAT CAN I DO NOW"!!!!! PLEASE HELP ME OUT!!!!! can you suggest me some other contact no or...servise center contact detail ....or any other apple ADVISOR contact detail.
