iTunes does not provide a way to do that. A couple of options are:
Add a short track of silence before the track you want.
Use an audio editor such as Garage Band or Audacityto modify the track by adding silence. Then replace the existing track in your iTunes library with the modified track.

Not sure about Amadeus Pro, but with Audacity the editing operations are done in the equivalent of WAV format, and then the result is exported in the format of your choice. This would cause negligible degradation of audio quality.
