my iphone 5 says your request is temporarily unable to be processed please try again later

when im trying to update my apps or downloads new apps,i sign out on the itunes & appstore hoping it will fix the problem

didnt work just made it worst ,now i cannot sign back in the appstore.

can anybody help me with the problem?
