I am trying to install the airport express but the main page says that Airport utility cannot find any Base station. I am changing the router from my Comcast Router. It should be easy but i just cannot do it.
If the Comcast router is the modem you cannot replace it. There is no modem in the Apple routers.
Do a factory reset of the express.. wait a couple of minutes and check under wifi in the top menu.. it should list the new express there.. click it and it will open in the airport utility.. You must configure it to use the Comcast router though.. ie bridge by ethernet or join by wireless. There is no other way unless you can bridge the comcast before you set it up.. this is generally not possible.
