I am living an working in multiple countries, hence I am forced to use applications from multiple countries (banking apps for instance). Is there and easy way to set this up and to maintain them?

You can comingle content on Apple devices from multiple Apple IDs. I would establish an Apple ID for each country. You will need a bank card from each country with an in country billing address.
