I've a big problem because Itunes doesn't recognise Iphone and Ipad when I connect them to the computer.
what can I do?

First thing to check is your itunes version. You need to ensure your itunes is the latest version before trying any other steps!
yes Ihave the latest versione of itunes!
Try plugging in to a different USB port next.
After trying that try uninstalling your iTunes then reinstalling. There's like 6 components to iTunes and they have to be deleted in a specific order. Use this article to do so correctly http://support.apple.com/kb/HT1925
After deleting download only from apple.com/iTunes to ensure its the latest version.
