What are iPad settings to get hotmail folders

With the recent hotmail downtime, my hotmail account and folders on my iPad are not being updated and I am missing all history on the iPad. I can see the emails and folders when using the pc. I have deleted my hotmail account on iPad and started over, but I'm not getting all the emails down to my folders on iPad. Any suggestions? The hotmail account is built on iPad using exchange and server equal to m.hotmail.com. Thanks for any help.
