How do I get my date and time to set?

My power goes out often. When I turn on Apple TV it always has trouble setting the date and time.

For more information on this, take a look at:

Apple TV: TCP and UDP ports and protocols used

TCP port 123 is used to communicate with a network time server.

If you cant use the features check your router too.
