How much money?

How much money does it cost to have an iPod Touch 4 battery replaced? Mine dies constantly, and the battery never holds its charge. Is there a place I can get this done by Apple, or do third party shops only do it? Has anyone had good or bad experiences with certain places etc.? Is it better to just replace the iPod, instead of getting a new battery??? Please respond ASAP
