How i can do my phone not-working can press button volume and screen touch for go home but i can touch all except home can not touch? now my phone like black out!

My phone I follow u but still can not ! my phone can use button Volume and ring mode, can connect with computor got sound when press button Siri on home screen
It looks like a Charging problem, i think charge your phone properly. Hope this may help you on this.
Also If there is no video or if the screen remains black, verify that the device has enough charge to turn on.
