How do I reset a frozen iphone 4 using TouchAssist?

A reset should help. Tap and hold the Home button and the On/Off button for approximately 10-15 seconds, until the Apple logo reappears. When the logo appears, release both buttons and await restart.

The op said his lock button does not work so how do you think he might be able to do what you have said? He cannot use the lock button so he cannot reset in that way

You can use assist ice touch to make the on/off slider appear and turn off the phone but after that without the on/off buttton (lock screen button) you will not be able to turn it on. I suggest you visit an apple store

Use Assistive Touch to turn the phone off: Tap "Device", then tap & hold "Lock Screen", "Slide to Power Off" will appear. Plug the phone into a power source to turn it back on. See if that fixes things.

If you plug any iPhone, that is turned off, into a power source, it will turn back on.

Let your battery run out or get your phone serviced. There are no other options unless you have iCloud setup & Find My Phone turned on/activated. If so, you could login to iCloud.com from any computer & erase your phone.

Nope. After you erase it, just restore it from your iCloud backup...but, if your storage is full, won't this just re-create the problem?
