I see iTunes is indicating and alert that your media can not be found. This can happen if iTunes is not directed to where your media is located. Here is the best resource for issues regarding lost media in iTunes.

Aug 20, 2013 3:44 PM in response to jason269by Nittany78,i dont see how this can happen to over 1000 tunes my nephew said that it is because i need to subscribe to itunes match not crazy about the thought of paying to have access to tunes that i added to my library from my cd library something just fundamentally wrong about that the original computer does not have this issue so, i will simply delete from the computer that is having the issue and use the computer that is fine and avoid upgrades to itunes
