I have recently bought a new laptop, and I have put some MP3 files onto my itunes. However, when I went to put them on my iphone, it told me that it was going to erase all the files on my phone and replace them with what is on my new computer. HELP!

This is correct. This is how the iphone works.
Copy everything from your old computer, or your backup copy of your old computer, to your new one.
I tried to copy from my old laptop iTunes (some tutorials on net) and still i got erase message, eventualy i ereased phone and start from begining...

If everything was copied from the old computer to the new computer, there should be no erase message. Although if there is, everything is on the computer and can simply be synced back to the device.
My iTunes wants to erase everything on my iphone and sync to new computer! Help!
