iCloud backup window will not close . . ? stays open and block main screen use
popup window warning "iCloud backup" will no click off . . blocking opening main page . . . cannot shut down.

Reset iPad
Hold down the Sleep/Wake button and the Home button at the same time for at least ten seconds, until the Apple logo appears
