Q: I can't access my visual voicemail. I reset network setting to original default and since then haven't been able to access visual voicemail. I tried retting them again and turing my phone off and on but nothing w=seems to work.

I can't access visual voicemail. It worked fine until I reset all the network settings and I can't seem to get it back. I tried all the suggestions Ive seen on this forum including resetting netork settings again and turning the phone off and on. My ois is upto date and I;m at a loss as to what to try next.

iPhone 5, iOS 6.1.4
