Hello there , I have been experiencing weird charging issues on my iPod. For instance , i charge it at 1/4 length of battery , and in 10 to 15 minutes , it's 3/4 length of battery. Is this normal? Thanks.

That is sort of normal. The battery indicator is not that accurate and the iPod charges faster. Apple says:
Charging times: Fast charge in about 2 hours (80% capacity), full charge in about 4 hours

No, % battery is not accurate on the iPod either by VoiceOver or by using an app.

So it's safe to say there's nothing wrong with my ipod? (: because when i use VoiceOver, it fluctuate.

Because the algorithm used does not seem to work well with the relatively small capacity of the iPod's battery as compared with the iPhone and iPad batteries.
Oh okay 🙂 i am so glad to hear that my iPod is fine! So there's no need for an exchange and there's no problem? yay .
