I just downloaded a .pif file and may or may not have opened it, I deleted it right away, what should I do?

I'm not sure if I opened it or not, its 5 am i'm tired I can't remember.

Are there any precautions I should take? I probably have sensitive information on this computer.

MacBook Pro, iOS 6.1.4

The PIF file extension was a common file found in early versions of Windows operating system.

Short for Program Information file, these files holds information about how Windows should run a non-Windows application. For example, a *.pif file can contain instructions for executing a DOS application in the Windows environment. These instructions can include the amount of memory to use, the path to the executable file, and what type of window to use.

So, no use whatever on a Mac!
