The "Remove from Wish List" button is not working!!

It's not just, it's affecting other people and me as well - if you click the 'x' it disappears but a second later it's back again. I assume that there is a problem at Apple's end which they need to fix

Same issue here just noticed it today & we just had an iTunes update.

Mine started doing this a few days ago, but it was before the iTunes update. I just did the update today, and it didn't fix anything.

Since it started happening with a version of iTunes that had been working before, I think it's probably a problem on their end -- with the javascript or whatever they use in the iTunes Store pages to remove items.

I did try it on multiple computers, with of course the same results. I don't see any place to look at the wish list in the iTunes app for the iPhone, so I can't try it there.
