I've downloaded it in App Store on my Mac book pro, but it goes to reboot, shows Installation. But when i reboot it is still in Updates and offers me to reboot again. How can i proceed with this and finally update?

Sometimes, the App Store version doesn't work properly. As you can't install OS X 10.8.4 from the Mac App Store, install it by using the Combo installer > http://support.apple.com/kb/dl1659
It's the safest way to update OS X and it will update OS X to 10.8.4 properly. It was reported by other users

trying to download Combo installer dmg file with 10.8.4 now. hope that will help to update
