How can I delete a season pass I have purchase?

I have recently purchased a season pass for a TV series but trying to download programmes is taking forever on my iPad mini. I want a refund but, having gone aorund the houses for over an hour, thought I'd see if anyone could answer this question. Thanks for any help.
