I get fradulent email from usp.com and click the link get label for parcel what to do make sure my iMac is secure?

As long as you didn't click on the link and fill out a bogus web form with personal information you should OK. I've had these same sort of emails with potentially malicious attachments requesting information and simply deleted them as well as the emails themselves with no harm done to my iMac.
