You can restore the latest backup made of the phone
Only by restoring your phone from a backup that contains the deleted data, otherwise the data is gone. You can "try" one of the numerous iPhone data recovery software packages that are available. Most run around US $100 & I cannot recommend any, nor do I know if any work.
connect the iphone to the computer and start itunes
and if your latests backup was with the data then choose restore under the iphones content screen in itunes
