How do you remove a deleted app that still shows up in Launch pad (Mac OSX 10.84)?

How do you remove a deleted app that still shows up in Launch pad (Mac OSX 10.84)?

I recently upgraded EndNote to EndNote X7. the previous version of Endnote was deleted. There is a New Icon for EndNote X7 in Launch pad. But the EndNote X6 group ( containing the EndNote X6 dictionary conversion program) which I can not locate in finder is still there. How can this removed from the apps in Launch pad.

MacBook Pro, Mac OS X (10.7.2)

If it is still showing up in LaunchPad, then it hasn't been deleted. It can only be in your Applications folder our a sub-folder within the Applications folder.

Thanks I found it there was just the Dictionary Convrter app left in the app folder from the previous version of EndNote.
